Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure prompt processing, we ask that you request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we are unable to accommodate changes. However, you can return the product for a full refund once it has been delivered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that during holidays and promotional periods, processing times may take longer. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday, and shipped the following business day. We do not process orders on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take between 2-4 weeks.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs fees or taxes?
Prices listed on our site are in US Dollars and do not include taxes. You may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon receiving your order, determined by your local customs office. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed and sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days after we receive your returned item or cancellation request.
